To find a voucher order, log in to your dashboard and follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Orders and locate the Voucher
From the main navigation, select Orders > All Orders. (1)
Locate the voucher order from the list, or use the search function to find it quickly. (2)
You can search using:
Buyer or recipient name
Order ID (part or full)
Voucher title
2. Open the order details
Click the Order ID to open the order (3)
View the order details. (4)
