If a recipient can not locate their voucher email or needs another copy, you can resend the original voucher order confirmation email from your VoucherCart dashboard.
The email will be sent to the recipient's email address and will include the information they need to access and download their voucher.
Resend the voucher email
1. Locate the order
From the main navigation, go to Orders > All Orders.
Find the required order using the order list or the search function. You can search by:
Buyer name
Recipient name
Order ID (full or partial)
Voucher title
2. Open the order
Click the Order ID to open the order details.
3. Resend the voucher email
Click the Resend button
Alternatively,
Click the vertical dots (more actions) menu.
Select Resend Voucher.
The voucher order confirmation email will be resent to the recipient, allowing them to access and download their voucher.
