You can view the voucher code for any voucher order from the order details page. The voucher code is included on the voucher sent to the buyer or recipient and can also be used to redeem the voucher within VoucherCart.
To find the voucher code, log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions:
Locate the order
1. Find the voucher order
From the main navigation, go to Orders > All Orders.
Find the required order using the order list or the search function. You can search by:
Buyer name
Recipient name
Order ID (full or partial)
Voucher title
Click the Order ID to open the order details.
2. View the voucher code
Click Show next to the voucher code to display it.
The voucher code can now be copied and shared with the buyer or recipient, or used to redeem the voucher in VoucherCart.
Tip
Clicking the displayed voucher code will take you directly to the Redeem a Voucher page for that voucher.
