If a voucher has been redeemed by mistake, you can cancel the redemption from the order details. Cancelling a redemption restores the voucher balance or quantity to its value before the redemption was processed.
Locate the voucher order
1. Find the order
Log in to your VoucherCart dashboard.
From the main navigation, go to Orders > All Orders. (1)
Find the required order using the order list or the search function (2). You can search by:
Buyer name
Recipient name
Order ID (full or partial)
Voucher title
2. Open the redemption history
Click the Order ID to open the order details.
Select Show redeem balance details (3)
3. Cancel the redemption
In the voucher redemption history, locate the redemption entry you want to reverse.
Click Cancel next to the redemption. (4)
The voucher redemption will be cancelled, and the voucher balance or quantity will be restored to its previous value. (5)
