Change the expiration date of a voucher

You can change the expiry date of a voucher from the order page using either the Redeemable To field or the More Actions menu.

Open the Order

  1. Log in to your dashboard

  2. Go to Orders > All Orders. (1)

  3. Locate the voucher order using the search bar (2). You can search by:

    • Buyer name

    • Recipient name

    • Order ID (full or partial)

    • Voucher title

  4. Click the Order ID to open the order (3)

Option 1: Change the Expiry Date from the Redeemable To Field

  1. Click Change beside the Redeemable To date. (4)

  2. Select the New Expiry Date and enter a Reason for Change. (5)

  3. Click Change to save your updates. (6)

Option 2: Change the Expiry Date from the More Actions Menu

  1. From the order page, click the three vertical dots (7) in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Change Expiration. (8)

  3. Select the New Expiry Date and enter a Reason for Change. (9)

  4. Click Change to save your updates. (10)
