Please Note! 'Postal Delivery' needs to be activated for your account before you can access this feature. If you don't have this activated, please get in touch with help@vouchercart.com.
Start by logging in to your dashboard and following these instructions:
1. Click Settings in your main navigation.
β2. Select Postal Delivery Methods.
β3. To add a new postal delivery method click Add postal delivery method.
4. Fill in the required fields:
a. Give the delivery method a descriptive name such as (1st Class, 2nd class)
b. Add a short description of the delivery method that provides additional information for the buyer.
c. Enter a price for the service, this will be added to the total value of the postal voucher and charged directly to the buyer.
d. Add the expected days for delivery here. This number will be displayed in the customer's cart at checkout. Be careful to manage customer expectations here - For example, if you estimate 3-5 days, enter 5 here.
e. Add an image of your postal product, this will be displayed on the product details if postal delivery is selected to show the buyer what to expect.
f. Set which countries this postal delivery method will be limited to. If you choose Selected and define the countries, this shipment method will only be available for addresses in these locations.
g. Click Save.
5. Click here to assign vouchers to a postal delivery method.
Please Note! this can also be done in the Delivery section of the voucher edit screen, see the article below for detailed instructions
β6. Apply/remove the delivery method by clicking the On/Off toggle next to the voucher.
7. Click Save to apply the changes.
8. Click Edit to amend a delivery method or Delete if itβs no longer required.
