Yes. The VoucherCart gift voucher system offers a postal delivery option for your vouchers, gift cards, memberships, and tickets.
You can fulfil the postal orders in-house or alternatively, choose to let us do the hard work for you and elect to use our UK Fulfilment Centre for your postal orders.

Postal Fulfilment
You have two options regarding the postal fulfilment (order printing, packaging and posting):
1. Carry out the postal fulfilment yourself using your own stationary or stationary from us.
2. Choose to use our postal fulfilment centre for this service. This service is currently available for UK customers only.
For option 2 - we provide voucher inserts, presentation wallets and envelopes, which are held at our Fulfilment Centre. Our graphics team will liaise with you to create the perfect design for your business, based on your specifications.
When orders for physical cards/postal vouchers are placed from your account, these are printed, packed and dispatched to your customers by our fulfilment team. You can define the charge your customers pay for their postage, therefore covering your fulfilment costs. We will invoice for your set fulfilment charge at the end of the month.
If you would like to place an order, specify the option number and quantity required from our selection and send an email to help@vouchercart.com. We will issue an invoice for payment. Our graphics team will then liaise with you on design to get started.
VoucherCart Postal Features
The Postal features that VoucherCart provides are listed below.
1. Postal Delivery Option
When you add 'Postal' as a Delivery Method for your product, you can still provide e-vouchers as an option or sell a product as 'postal' only or 'e-voucher' only. The delivery methods are managed through your voucher settings. When editing your voucher, choose the preferred delivery method for each product in the 'Voucher Delivery' section.
2. Postal Delivery Module
Orders are listed on the Postal Delivery Module. The table allows you to manage the postal procedure (if you manage your fulfilment) by updating the delivery status once an order has been fulfilled.

3. Postal Fulfilment Module
If you have enabled postal as a method of delivery, you will have a Postal Fulfilment page on your dashboard that allows you to view your postal orders and their delivery status. This feature is enabled if we are doing postal fulfilment for you. In case you are doing the fulfilment yourself, you can use the Postal Delivery module instead.
4. Mange Postal Options
You can manage the postal options from your dashboard by going to Settings > Postal Delivery Methods(s) (fig. 4a). Here, you can set and manage the delivery methods available for your buyers. Select Add Postal Delivery Method (fig. 4b) to add a new method.
