Manage postal orders in your VoucherCart gift voucher system

How to manage your incoming postal orders from the Postal Delivery module (vouchers, gift cards, physical cards or tickets)

The Postal Delivery module is used track and handle postal orders IF you are handling your own postal fulfilment. If you are interested in our fulfilment service please see VoucherCart fulfilment services.

Please Note! The postal delivery module needs to be activated for your account. If you don't have this feature yet, contact help@vouchercart.com.

1. First log in to your dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Postal Delivery module in the main navigation.

3. All incoming postal orders are listed in this table. Select the status Not Sent to see which ones are awaiting processing.

4. Use the bulk print feature to print the label, terms, and voucher for each order. These printouts are optimised for specific sizes, if these sizes are not suitable, please move on to step 5.

Please Note! We can provide you with postal voucher-compatible stationary. Contact us at help@vouchercart.com for more information about our stationary products.

a. Select all the orders you wish to process.

b. Click Terms to download the terms and descriptions for each order (standard A4 size).

c. Click Envelope Overprint to download the address labels for each order (size 29mmx62mm, label printer-specific).

d. Click Voucher to print out the voucher insert, including the personal message, to and from fields, voucher code, and expiry date (size 90 mm X 179 mm).

5. If you can't/don't want to bulk print the order details, you can print the PDF for the e-voucher from the voucher details.

a. Click on the order reference to open the order details page.

b. In the order details, click Print.

c. Return to the Postal Delivery page and repeat the process until you have printed all the outstanding postal orders.

Please Note! The address for each order is detailed in the order details - you can bulk print the labels - see Step 5c.

6. Select all the processed orders from the Postal Delivery list.

7. Click Mark as packed and sent, this will change the status to Sent.

This step is important so duplicate vouchers are not sent to the buyers.
