How do I enable postal delivery for a voucher?

Enable the postal shipping for your voucher gift card by updating the delivery methods for your voucher.

You can enable postal delivery (in addition to instant delivery (eVoucher)) for your buyers for any/all vouchers you have for sale.

Please Note! The postal delivery feature needs to be activated for your account. If you don't have this feature yet, get in touch with help@vouchercart.com.

Log in to your dashboard then follow the instructions below.

1. Click Vouchers > Vouchers from the main navigation

2. Click Actions

3. Then click Edit

Editing a voucher, gift card, membership or ticket previously created from the voucher list in the VoucherCart dashboard

4. Select Edit Voucher Pricing and Quantity

Select edit voucher delivery method from the edit modal

5. Check/uncheck Postal Voucher to enable/disable the postal option for this voucher

6. Select all the shipping methods that you want available for this voucher (at least one

must be selected)

7. Click Save to complete and save the changes
