You can enable postal delivery (in addition to instant delivery (eVoucher)) for your buyers for any/all vouchers you have for sale.
If postal delivery is not enabled for your account and you want to provide this service for your customers please get in touch at help@vouchercart.com
To enable/disable postal delivery for your voucher please log in to your dashboard then follow these instructions.
1. Click Vouchers > Vouchers from the main navigation
2. Click Actions
3. Then click Edit
4. Select Edit Voucher Pricing and Quantity
5. Check/uncheck Postal Voucher to enable/disable the postal option for this voucher
6. Select all the shipping methods that you want available for this voucher (at least one must be selected)
7. Click Save to complete and save the changes
