VoucherCart allows you to import your own voucher codes, which are automatically assigned to vouchers when they are purchased.
To import your voucher codes, log in to your dashboard and follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Voucher Codes
From the main navigation, select Vouchers > Voucher Codes. (1)
Start a new voucher code import by clicking New. (2)
3. Configure your voucher code settings
Enter a name for your code import configuration. (3)
Choose how you want to assign your codes (4):
Globally - Codes are available across all vouchers and domains.
Domain - Codes are assigned to vouchers within a selected domain.
Voucher - Codes are used only for selected vouchers.
Select the order in which codes should be assigned. We recommend selecting Random to help maintain voucher code security. (5)
4. Add your voucher codes
Add your voucher codes by either:
Pasting your voucher codes directly into the provided field.
Uploading a file containing your voucher codes.
Click Next to continue.
5. Review and create your code configuration
Review the details to ensure everything is correct and that all voucher codes have been uploaded successfully.
Click Create to complete the upload.
Your voucher codes are now assigned and ready to be issued.
Each time a customer purchases a voucher, one code from your imported list will be assigned to the voucher. Once assigned, that code will be removed from your available list of assignable codes.
Managing existing voucher code configurations
Once created, you can manage your voucher code configurations by using the available actions:
Upload additional codes
Add more voucher codes to an existing code configuration.
Edit code configuration details
Update the settings and details of an existing code configuration.
View code configuration details
View the full details of a voucher code configuration, including assigned settings and available codes.
Delete a code configuration
Remove an existing voucher code configuration.
