When creating a manual order, you may find that the voucher you need is not shown in the default voucher list.

The default voucher list shown when you select Manual Order only displays vouchers that are currently available for sale.

Inactive vouchers or vouchers that are not currently available for sale can also be found by applying filters.

However, vouchers that are inactive or not available for sale cannot be selected to create a manual order.

To locate additional vouchers or apply filters to your search, use Advanced Search. This allows you to search for vouchers that are not currently visible in the default list.

From your dashboard, go to New Manual Order. (1)

Use the available search criteria to locate the required voucher. (4)

Review the results and select a voucher that is eligible for manual ordering.

To broaden your search and view more vouchers, change the filter options to Any where applicable.
