You can issue vouchers at no cost by creating a Manual Order and selecting the appropriate payment type. This is useful for complimentary vouchers, charitable donations, goodwill gestures, or promotional giveaways.

Create a manual order
1. Start a new manual order
Log in to your VoucherCart dashboard.
From the main navigation, go to New Manual Order. (1)
2. Complete the order details
Select the voucher you want to issue.
Complete the required order and recipient information. (2)
3. Issue the voucher free of charge
For the Payment Type, select Complimentary/Free or Charity. (3)
Click Go to payment and then click Create Order. (4)
The voucher will be issued at no charge to the recipient, and the order will be recorded using the selected payment type.
