Connect the integration
You need the following credentials to connect the Tevalis POS integration. Please contact the Tevalis team to request:
Your Company ID
Your Site ID
Send these credentials to the VoucherCart team via chat or by email at help@vouchercart.com to connect the integration.
Once connected, staff can check voucher balances, redeem vouchers, and cancel redemptions directly in Tevalis POS.

Check a voucher balance in Tevalis POS
1. Go to Service Functions > VoucherCart Check Voucher.
2. Enter the voucher code and click OK.
You will see the remaining balance displayed.
Redeem a voucher in Tevalis POS
There are two ways to redeem a voucher, depends on your Tevalis POS settings.
Option 1: Redeem via Service Functions
1. Go to Service Functions > VoucherCart Redeem Voucher.
2. Enter the voucher code, then click OK.
3. Review the voucher details, then click Redeem Gift Card.
4. Enter the redeem amount, then click OK.
5. The voucher is redeemed and applied as a payment on the bill. Click Payment Screen to close the bill.
Option 2: Redeem via Payment Screen
1. On the Payment Screen, select the VoucherCart tender.
2. Enter the voucher code, then click OK.
3. Review the voucher details, then click Redeem Gift Card.
4. Enter the redeem amount, then click OK.
5. The voucher is redeemed and applied as a payment on the bill. If the remaining balance is zero, the bill will be closed automatically.
Cancel a redemption in Tevalis POS
Go to the Payment Screen.
Select the voucher tender you want to cancel.
Delete Tender.
The redemption is cancelled, and the amount returns to the bill total.
