How to add a redeemable location as hidden location

Hidden redeemable locations allow your staff to process vouchers at specific sites without displaying those locations to the customer.

Please get in touch with our support team to enable the Hidden Redeem Location feature for your account.

This is a great solution for managing internal redemptions or back-of-house tracking while keeping the voucher layout clean and professional for the recipient.

1. To add a hidden redeem location to an existing voucher, on your dashboard, head to Vouchers > All Vouchers.

2. Find the voucher you wish to update and click Action > Edit.


3. Select Edit Voucher Details.

4. Scroll down to the Specify redeem locations section, tick the checkbox "Internal redeem location (is not displayed to buyer/recipient)". Then add the location from the drop-down list.

5. Click Save and Exit to save your changes.
