How to archive orders in your VoucherCart account

Archive past orders to easily keep your active order list clean and up-to-date.

Please note: only expired vouchers can be archived.

1. From the main navigation in your dashboard, select Orders-> All Orders.

2. You can then select the expired vouchers that you want to archive. Then select Archive.


If you select the vouchers which are not expired, you will see the notification "Only expired orders can be archived!"

3. View your archived orders by selecting the "Archived Orders" option.

Archiving ensures you get up-to-date information when you download reports for financial analysis.
