Please follow the below guide to issue a physical card via the VoucherCart app on your Epos Now till.

1. Open the menu

2. Go to "Apps" > "VoucherCart" app

3. Click “Sell a voucher”

4. Select the card product and click “Add”

5. Select or enter the price

6. Select Delivery method "Card"

7.1 Scan the QR code on the card

7.2 If you cannot scan the QR code, click "Enter card ID manually" to enter the card number

8. Enter buyer details then click "Continue"

9. Give this card as a gift, select "Yes" or "No"

10.1 Select "Yes"

10.2 Enter the recipient name and email address

10.3 click "Continue"

11.1 If the customer would like to activate the card, select "Yes"

11.2 Read the following to the customer and select the given GDPR consent

11.3 Click "Continue"

12. The product is added to the till. Click "Confirm" to return to the till to complete the payment.

13. You will see that a product has been added to the till. You can now take the payment and close the transaction.

NB* If the transaction is not completed in the till, the issued gift card will not be valid for redemption.
