Please follow the below guide to redeem a physical card via the VoucherCart app on your Epos Now till.

To redeem a voucher in Epos now, there must be a product added to the till.

1. Open the menu

2. Go to "Apps" > "VoucherCart" app

3. Click "Scan card"

4.1 Scan the QR code on the card

4.2 If you cannot scan the QR code, click "Enter card ID manually" to enter the card number

5. If the card you have scanned has not been activated you will be presented with the message card is inactive.

To complete the card activation with the cardholder while they are present, click Activate card. Alternatively, you can advise them to activate their card online.

6. Enter the cardholder details and click Activate card

7. Select the product on the card to redeem

8. Enter the value for redemption

9. Click Redeem

10. The remaining amount is updated

*If the remaining amount is zero, the order will be closed automatically.
