Please follow the below guide to issue a voucher via the VoucherCart app on your Epos Now till.

1. Open the menu

2. Go to "Apps" > "VoucherCart" app

3. Click “Sell a voucher”

4. Select the voucher you wish to issue and click “Add”

5. Choose a Delivery method, “Print” or “Email”

If you select “Print”, you can Print or Download the voucher and hand it over to the customer.

6. Select “Make an order” to generate the voucher

*The print voucher is in A4 size. Please ensure the till connects to an A4 printer.

7. After printing or downloading the voucher, click “Close” to close the window.

If you select "Email", the voucher will be sent by email to the voucher buyer's email address

8. Enter voucher buyer's email address and full name

9. Select "Make an Order" and the voucher will be sent to the buyer's email address. You may now close the window.

10. Click “OK” to return to the till

11. You will see that a voucher order has been created. You can now take the payment and close the transaction.

NB* If the transaction is not completed in the till, the generated voucher will not be valid for redemption.
