Download VoucherCart redeem app
First login to the redeem app using your email address and password for your VoucherCart Account user.
Please follow the below guide to redeem a voucher via the redeem app.
Navigate to Redeem
Select an option to redeem a voucher code. There are 2 ways in which a voucher can be identified to the app for redeem.

Manually entering the code on the voucher
2a. Scan QR Code
2a.1 Use the camera to scan the QR code on the voucher PDF
2a.2 If you cannot scan the QR code, you may switch to enter the voucher code manually by clicking on You can also enter your code manually
2b. Enter redeem code
2b.1 Enter the voucher code manually
2b.2 You may switch to scan the QR code by clicking on the camera icon
2b.3 Click Find product to find the voucher
3. View the details of a valid voucher code
4. Click Redeem to redeem the voucher value
5. Monetary voucher / Multiple use voucher
5.1 Select or enter a redeem value / quantity
5.2 Click Redeem to redeem the entered value / quantity
6. Voucher successfully redeemed
Click Scan again to find another voucher
Error message: "Unknown code"
"Unknown code" error appears if the code entered could not be found or if the device cannot connect to VoucherCart server.
To diagnose the cause of the issue, please follow the below.
Make sure the code entered is correct
Make sure the device has internet access
The connected network did not block external access or VoucherCart server access
Try to connect the device to another wifi/network and try again
