Download the VoucherCart redeem app

First login to the redeem app using your email address and password for your VoucherCart Account user.

Please follow the below guide to redeem a physical card via the redeem app.

2a. Scan QR Code

2a.1 Use the camera to scan the QR code on the card

2a.2 If you cannot scan the QR code, you may switch to enter the card number manually by clicking on You can also enter your code manually

2b. Scan NFC

Put the phone near the NFC card

2c. Enter redeem code

2c.1 Enter the card number manually

2c.2 You may switch to scan the QR code by clicking on the camera icon

2c.3 Click Find product to find the products loaded onto the scanned card

3. Select the product on the card you wish to redeem

4. View the details of a valid voucher code

5. Click Redeem to redeem the voucher value

6. Monetary voucher / Multiple use voucher

6.1 Select or enter a redeem value / quantity

6.2 Click Redeem to redeem the entered value / quantity

7. Voucher successfully redeemed

Click "< Back" to return to the main menu

8. If the card you have scanned has not been activated you will be presented with the Card Inactive screen

8.1 Click Activate card to complete the card activation with the cardholder while they are present. Alternatively, you can advise them to activate their card online.

8.2 Click Close to view the card details

9. Activate card
