How do I change the voucher recipients email address?

How to change the recipient email address for a voucher in the event of an error or a request

It is possible that you may be asked to change the email address for a voucher recipient to resend a voucher in the event of an error.

Voucher buyers can edit this themselves from the order confirmation page, however, in some cases, your business may receive contact from a buyer or recipient who needs help to change the email address and resend the voucher.

Changing a voucher recipient’s email address in a voucher order from an authenticated buyer or recipient is quick and simple.

Login to your VoucherCart dashboard and follow the steps below:

1. Go to Orders > All Orders in your main navigation menu.

2. Find the voucher order from the list or by using the search function. You can search by buyer/recipient name, order ID (part or whole) or even voucher title to quickly locate the order

3. Click the Order ID to open the order

4. Click the Vertical Dots to open the additional actions menu

5. Select Change Recipient Email

Change the recipient email address by using the additional actions button and clicking change recipient email

6. Enter the new recipient email address

7. Then click Save and Resend.

NB: For security, a new voucher code will be assigned to the voucher. The original code assigned to the voucher is removed and cannot be used.
