To change the email address of the voucher buyer on a voucher order login to your VoucherCart dashboard and follow the steps below:
1. Go to Orders > All Orders in your main navigation menu.
2. Find the voucher order from the list or by using the search function. You can search by buyer/recipient name, order ID (part or whole) or even voucher title to quickly locate the order
3. Click the Order ID to open the order
4 Click Change against the buyer’s email address, in the buyer’s information located towards the top of the voucher order
5. Enter the new buyer email address
6. Then click Save and Resend.
NB: If the buyer selected “Send this voucher to me” at checkout for this order then for security when the buyer email address is changed, a new voucher code will be assigned to the vouchers within this order. The original code assigned to the voucher is removed and cannot be used.
