Intro

eVoucher Flip to Card is a Card Behaviour that can be switched ON or OFF in your VoucherCart account. It requires a card order to have been placed and for cards to be enabled in your VoucherCart Account.

Switching this feature ON enables eVoucher holders (buyers and/or recipients) to receive a Card when they present their eVoucher for use/redemption.

Other Card Behaviours include:

  • Global Cardholder Discount

  • Automated Cardholder email notifications

Benefits of using eVoucher Flip to Card

  • Class-leading Revenue Growth

  • Low Carbon Footprint

  • No card packing and shipping costs

  • Smart Customer Retention

Consider the following 3 first principles of revenue growth as relates to cardholders:

  1. Every cardholder represents an independent revenue source of recurring income for your business.

  2. Every cardholder spends a given amount of money with your business over their lifetime as a cardholder.

  3. Every cardholder can in turn create new cardholders.

It follows from this that the primary objective for your business is to create the largest number of cardholders in the shortest possible timeframe.

Let’s look at how using VoucherCart eVoucher Flip to Card helps achieve this for your business:

Accelerated Revenue Growth & Near Zero Cost New Customer Acquisition

Using eVoucher Flip to Card creates more cardholders faster than can be achieved through card sales or manual issuance alone.

When combined with Global Cardholder Discount and Cardholder Automated Notifications your business is able to achieve optimal revenue growth and new customer acquisition performance.

Organic, Self-propagating New Customer Acquisition and Retention of the “right” kind of customer

The best new customers you can acquire are ICP aligned. That is to say, customers whose tastes and preferences are aligned with your business and the products and services you provide.

Better yet if those new customers can be acquired and retained for your business at zero or near-zero cost. Right?

New cardholders acquired through “gifting” are exactly that.

When cardholders use their cards to buy gifts for friends, family, and colleagues, the cost to your business is little more than the cost of the card itself.

In addition, the likelihood is that the cardholders know the people they are buying for and will buy for people they know will like your products and services when gifting. This brings highly aligned customers who are likely to return in the future and increase their spending over time.

If you are selling eVouchers only or even allowing your buyers to choose physical or eVoucher format in your vouchers sales pages (products), eVoucher Flip to Card ensures that every eVoucher sold can be flipped to a Card for a new Cardholder.

Using their Card Discount, cardholders are incentivised to purchase further eVouchers for themselves at discount which they can then either load to their card for future use in the checkout or buy as gifts for others.

As in the process above, these eVoucher holders then become cardholders themselves via eVoucher flip to card creating further new cardholders.

Green Credentials

eVoucher Flip to Card eliminates the need for physical card shipping and it’s associated carbon footprint and cost if used as an alternate means of card issuance necessary when selling cards manually, in bulk orders, or via eCommerce sales where physical shipping/postage is required.
