To manage the notifications you receive from VoucherCart such as Order and Invoice notifications, log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions:
1. Click Settings > Notifications from your main navigation
2. Click Add notification to set up a new notification to be sent to a user or email address
3. Click the delete icon to remove a notification.
4. Click the resend icon to resend any report notifications.
5. When adding a new notification, select your notification type, the relevant vouchers, and the users. If you are setting up a report, you can also define the delivery frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly). Multiple users or email addresses can be added to each notification.
6. When you are finished, click Add
Please Note: Invoices will still be received at the email address registered under Billing Address in your dashboard.
