To create a new user, log in to your dashboard and follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Users
From the main navigation, select Settings > Users. (1)
Click New User. (2)
2. Enter user details
Enter the user’s details in the fields provided, then click Next. (3)
3. Assign user permissions
Select the user’s permission level from the available options
OR
Choose Custom to manually configure individual permissions.
4. Save the new user
Set redeem permissions to control which locations users can redeem vouchers at. (6)
Click Save to create the user. (7)
The new user will now be added to your VoucherCart account and will be able to access the system based on the permissions assigned.
