Only packages that meet the requirement of being both separately sold and web bookable will be available to select by the booker when using the VoucherCart Reservations Module.
This does not affect Package Rates. Only packages to be sold separately during the booking.
1. Enable Advanced OWS Products
Advanced OWS Products allows for separately sold packages to be configured as web bookable.
1. Click the burger menu in the top left of your Opera Cloud dashboard
2. Then select Administration
3. Select Enterprise
4. Then select OPERA Controls
5. Navigate to the channel management group or search 'Product' in the search bar
6. Locate Advanced OWS Products in the list and click the On/Off toggle.
If the toggle is already set to On, no further action is required.
If the toggle is set to Off, click it to configure its setting.
7. Click Turn On to turn the parameter on.
8. Click the burger menu again in the top left of your Opera Cloud dashboard.
9. Then select Settings.
10. Now click Clear Cache.
11. Then confirm by clicking Clear Cache.
2. Package Code Configuration
1. Click the burger menu in the top left of your Opera Cloud dashboard
2. Then select Administration
3. Select Financial
4. Then Rate Management
5. Then select Package Codes
6. Next to the package select the 3 elliptical dots then Edit
7. Click Posting Attributes.
8. Then Edit
9. Now ensure Sell Separate and Web Bookable are checked.
10. Then click Save.
Do this for any package Item you want available to the customer during their booking.
