Connecting your Oracle Opera Cloud account to VoucherCart is made easy by your VoucherCart onboarding team.
Simply provide the following information to your VoucherCart representative, or email the information to help@vouchercart.com, and the VoucherCart team will guide you through the necessary steps to get your account connected:
Chain Code
Property URL
OPERA Cloud Admin - Name and email address
OPERA Cloud Version
Confirm your property has subscribed to OPERA Cloud Foundation
Property Code(s), Cashier(s) and Payment method(s)
Chain Code
To find the Chain code in OPERA Cloud, log into OPERA Cloud and navigate to the top right of the application.
1. Click on your property code.
2. Click on the drop-down box, and then a pop-up will appear.
3. Now click on ‘Hub’ radio button, and ‘Search’.
4. You will now see the ‘Hub’, which is the Chain Code.
5. Select Cancel to revert to the property’s OPERA Cloud Application.
Property URL
The Property URL is the web address a property uses to log into OPERA Cloud.
The link will look slightly different for Production and Non-Production environments, however. It should look something like this: https://xxx-uat-oc.oracleindustry.com/OPERA9/opera/operacloud
If you are not sure, navigate to your OPERA login page (as shown below), and click “Register New Account”. A new tab will open in your browser, with the ‘Identity Self-Service’ form. The URL of this page should be provided to us.
OPERA Cloud Admin Contact Details
VoucherCart may occasionally need to get in touch with you about the integration process. If you hear from us, please be ready to provide the following: OPERA Cloud Administrator name and email address.
OPERA Cloud Version
To find out which version of OPERA Cloud you’re running, log into OPERA Cloud. You’ll find the Version number displayed in the bottom right corner.
OPERA Cloud Foundation subscription
Please confirm with your Opera Cloud Administrator that your property has a subscription to OPERA Cloud Foundation.
An OPERA Cloud Foundation subscription is required to connect your property to VoucherCart.
Property Information
Please provide each property code for all properties you wish to connect. We also require the cashier and payment method to be used for each property.
Each property's cashier and payment method need not be the same, but it may be easier for your accounting/finance teams if they are.
For example:

Property Code(s)
To find your Property Code in OPERA, log into OPERA Cloud. The Property Code and Property Name are both displayed in the top right corner.
Cashier(s)
Please provide us with the name of the Opera cashier you would like our integration to use when any transactions are made through our integration. Alternatively, our integration can create one called 'VoucherCart' (recommended).
Payment method(s)
Please also provide us with the name and associated transaction code of the payment method you would like our integration to use when redeeming vouchers to guests’ reservations or postmaster/paymaster rooms
The payment method must support cashier payments and deposit payments; additional options are at your discretion.
Our integration cannot create this for you, so it will need to be created in advance.
