Guestline Rezlynx PMS- How to redeem a gift voucher or gift card against a reservation

About the Guestline Rezlynx Integration


The Guestline Rezlynx PMS integration with VoucherCart allows you to update a customer’s Reservation Account Balance directly from your VoucherCart dashboard.

When you redeem the guest's voucher or gift card it will show as either a ‘Deposit Payment’ for any reservation with a Pre-Arrival status or as payment to the guest's room if the status is Resident.

You can redeem a guest's voucher through VoucherCart by the guest's name, room number, arrival date, or booking reference.

Redeeming a voucher

1. To redeem the guest’s voucher, log in to your VoucherCart dashboard and navigate to ‘Redeem a Voucher’.

2. In the VOUCHER CODE field, input the guest’s voucher code to redeem, and click ‘Search using Voucher Code’


If the voucher code is valid and the voucher is redeemable the following window will appear, from here toggle ‘Redeem against Rezlynx reservation’ to enable redemption against a Rezlynx reservation.

3. Enter the guest’s reservation details such as surname (last name) or room number, reservation status, arrival date or booking reference.

4. Select the guest's reservation from the list.

5. Enter the value or quantity to be redeemed against the reservation.

6. Click ‘Redeem’.
