Complimentary/Free or Charity vouchers can be issued by Manual Order
1. Go to Orders
2. Go to New Manual Order
3. Click New manual order
4. Select a voucher
5. Select Voucher type
6. Fill in the required information
7. Select payment type
8. To issue a free voucher, select Complimentary/Free or Charity
9. Click Create Order
