The voucher buyer will receive an email thanking them for their purchase.

Instant eVouchers

The voucher recipient (or the buyer if the buyer has specified to send the voucher to their own email address) will receive an email with a link to download their voucher. This is tracked and the status is reported in your dashboard in association with the order.

You (the business owner) will also receive a courtesy email to advise you when someone has purchased a voucher.

Postal Vouchers

For both plastic re-loadable cards and printed postal vouchers (where VoucherCart Postal Fulfilment Service is selected), VoucherCart will pack and dispatch the postal voucher to the recipient postal address in accordance with the postage type selected by the buyer.

The voucher recipient (or the buyer if the buyer has specified to send the voucher to their own postal address) will receive their postal voucher.

In the event that you should wish to process/dispatch postal vouchers from your own business locations, you will be notified via email of all postal orders placed and be able to mark these as dispatched from your postal orders page within your account dashboard.

You (the business owner) will also receive a courtesy email order notification, to let you know someone has purchased a voucher. You can choose email addresses to be notified when specific vouchers are purchased from your dashboard.

Payment relating to the voucher, gift card or ticket ordered is issued to your business immediately upon placement of order via your payment gateway.

The voucher holder can then present the voucher, gift card or ticket to your business for use in accordance with any terms you set-out in relation to it’s sale and within the period for which it is valid.
