VoucherCart Redeem App - Troubleshoot QR Scanning

If the VoucherCart Redeem App on your device is not able to scan the QR code on a voucher

Camera access is required for scanning. Please make sure you allow the VoucherCart Redeem App to access the camera.

iOS

  1. Navigate to Settings > Apps > VoucherCart Redeem App

  2. Allow Camera access

Android

  1. Navigate to Settings > Apps > VoucherCart Redeem App > Permission

  2. Allow Camera access
