You can set up users and assign them specific permissions from your dashboard.

To manage your VoucherCart users and permissions please log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions:

1. Navigate to Settings > Users from the main navigation

2. Click the edit icon to edit your user’s information such as email, name or phone number

3. Click here to edit user permissions, here you can update the permissions for a user, you can choose from 4 preset permission groups (breakdown below) or select Custom to give a user permissions on a more granular level

4. Click here to change a user’s password. It is recommended for security purposes that users attempt to reset their password using the forgotten password link (found on your VoucherCart login page) before manually changing the password here

5. Click here to show the user’s current details such as email address, name and phone number

6. Click the red trash icon to remove a user from the system, you will be asked to confirm before completing this action
