Connect your Revinate CRM to VoucherCart

This article will tell you how to connect your VoucherCart Account to your Revinate CRM to help you build your marketing database with key segmentation information.

Before connecting Revinate:

VoucherCart sends the following buyer data to Revinate

  • First name (standard data fields)

  • Last name (standard data fields)

  • Email (standard data fields)

  • Type of customer (UDFS)

  • Last purchased voucher (UDFS)

  • Last purchased voucher amount (UDFS)

  1. Add the UDFS

Please add the 3 UDFS below to the Revinate contact list in order to receive all the above data.

  • SOURCE

  • LASTPURCHASEDVOUCHER

  • LASTPURCHASEDAMOUNT

Please note that

  • UDFs are created by the user in the Revinate platform and cannot be renamed once created.

  • UDFs can only be in capital letters and should contain no spaces.

VoucherCart will always send the latest information across. It will not duplicate any profiles. If the profile already exists in Revinate (ie, a profile with the same email address), VoucherCart will update this existing profile with the new information.

If it is a second or third voucher purchase, the latest information will override previous purchases.

2. Now connect this Revinate contact list to VoucherCart:

  1. Log in to the Dashboard, navigate to Integrations

  2. Find Revinate, click Connect > Connect Integration

  3. Enter the Contact list Access Token (see instructions below)

  4. If you would like to connect multiple contact lists, click Add next token to add another

3. How to get your Revinate contact list access token from your Revinate account:

DOUBLE OPT IN

Contact Lists in Revinate can function as a Double Opt-in (DOI) Contact List. Email addresses that get added to these lists can import as unsubscribed and automatically receive a DOI campaign asking them to confirm their subscription in order to receive your business's promotional emails.

When they click to confirm their subscription in their email, they will be marked as Double Opt-in for their subscription status and then be redirected to your Double Opt-in Landing Page.
