Voucher Collect Option

Allow your buyers to collect their purchased vouchers from your business if they don't wish to use the postal service, or if you do not have this activated.

How to add a collection option

1. Navigate to Settings > Collection Options

2. Click Add collection option

3. Enter all the required information, click Save

4. The collection option has been created.

Assign the collection option to a product

To assign to multiple products in bulk, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Products Assigned

2. Enable the products that are available for this collection option.

3. Click Save

You can also enable the collection option at voucher setup. See the article below for detailed instructions.

With the above configuration steps complete, your buyers will now see the Collect option at purchase when buying any products for which you have defined this option.

How it looks to the buyer

A buyer will select the delivery method "Collect" and (if you have enabled multiple collection locations) select one of the available collection location options.

The collection option name, fee per item, description, collection instructions, and the image of the collection option will be displayed to the buyer.

How to process a Collect Voucher/Physical card

Once the purchase has been completed, the purchase will appear in the For Collection tab in the navigation.

To prepare the product for collection head to the For Collection tab.

If the product is for handwritten stationery

1. Prepare your stationery to your company specifications, remembering to add the Voucher Code, Value, Title and any personal messages if necessary.

a. To view the voucher code and value, click the order reference to view the order details

b. View the voucher code

c. View the voucher value

2. Click the Action (3 dots) > Print Terms to print the Terms and Conditions that go with the voucher

3. Select the product you have prepared, then change the status to Ready for collection.

If the product is a physical card:

  1. Click on the order you wish to prepare and select Load To Card

2. Scan one of your physical cards using your 2D scanner or alternatively enter the Card number manually

3. Once the card is loaded, you can print any terms and conditions and prepare any card wallets that may go with it.

4. Change status to Ready for collection
