FAQ: If the physical card is lost during postal delivery

You can deactivate the card to prevent it from being used, and then convert it to an eVoucher and send the voucher by email to the customer or, alternatively, issue a new card to the recipient.

  1. Navigate to the Physical card order

  2. Click the card number to open the card details

3. Click Deactivate Card

4. Select the deactivation reason, click Deactivate Card.

5. In the card details, click Detach.

6. You will see a reminder message. Select the “I confirm…” checkbox and click Detach.

*If the card is not registered to a cardholder, no email notification will be sent.

7. A new voucher code is generated

8. You can now redeem it with the new voucher code.

If you would like to reissue a new card, continue with the steps below.

9. Click Reissue

10. Enter the Reason and click Reissue and Resend.

11. If the delivery address is changed, click Edit to update it.

12. Enter the new delivery address and click Save.

13. Send the new card to the recipient

  • Internal fulfilment: Navigate to Postal Delivery, load the product onto a new card and post it.

  • VoucherCart fulfilment: Contact help@vouchercart.com to inform the VoucherCart team
