You can export your voucher orders as a CSV or XLSX file. This will allow you to refine and filter the results to meet your requirements.
Log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions:
1. From your main navigation proceed to Orders > All Orders
2. Then click Export Orders
3. Select the Start Date and End Date of the export
Then finish by clicking the Export button below as XLSX or CSV, this will download your file to view/edit or for import to other applications
Additionally, you can filter by but are not mandatory:
4. Filter by Voucher Status
5. Filter by Expiration Status
6. Filter by Sales Channel, such as Online or Manual
7. Filter by Payment Gateway
8. Filter by Payment Type.
9. Select the Price paid calculator.
10. Export all vouchers or select specific vouchers
11. Filter by Buyer consent, which says the customer has accepted to receive marketing communication.
12. Filter by All Sales Pages if you have multiple sales pages.
13. Then finish by clicking Export as XLSX or CSV, this will download your file to view/edit or for import to other applications.
