How to redeem and register physical card

Redeeming a physical card presented to your business is simple and straightforward. Log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions:

1. Click Redeem a Voucher from the navigation menu

2. Scan the QR code on the back of the card or enter the card number

3. Click Search using Redeem Code, or press Enter if you are using a keyboard

Card status: Active (Unregistered)

A card must be registered to a cardholder.

  1. If the card is not yet registered to a cardholder, you will see the message below.

  2. To register the card on the cardholder’s behalf, click Register Card.

    Alternatively, you can advise the cardholder to register their card online.

3. Complete the Registration form on the cardholder’s behalf.

  • Cardholder information

  • Communication consent

4. If the cardholder does not provide communication consent, you will see a reminder message. Please ensure the cardholder is notified that they will need to log in to the cardholder dashboard to view their cardholder promotions, offers, and communications. Click Continue.

5. You can now redeem the product(s) that are on the card.

Card status: Deactivated

The cardholder can deactivate their card via the cardholder dashboard, or you can deactivate the card on the cardholder’s behalf. You would do this to prevent the card from being used if the card is lost/stolen.

1. If the card is deactivated, the product loaded to the card cannot be redeemed. You will see the Card Deactivated message as below.

2. If you are an Administrator or have Reactivate Card permission, the button Reactivate Card will be available.

3. To reactivate the card on the cardholder’s behalf, click Reactivate Card.

4. Enter the reactivation reason (for example, you confirmed the card belongs to the cardholder) and select the “I confirm…” checkbox, click Reactivate Card.

5. You can now redeem the products on the card.

*If the card is not yet registered to a cardholder, please refer to Card status: Active (Unregistered).

Fast Redeem

Fast redeem is a feature that allows you to skip the card registration process. NB: This feature must be activated by our support team after a request from an Administrator.

1. If the card is not yet registered to a cardholder, you will see the Card Unregistered message as below.

2. Click Skip

3. You can now redeem the product without first registering the card.
