Any Epos Now staff member that requires access to the VoucherCart Epos Now till app will need to be connected to your VoucherCart account from Epos Now.
For changes to take effect, after the user has been connected to VoucherCart ensure they have logged out of the till and a CloudSync is performed.
To connect a member of staff to VoucherCart follow the steps below.
1. From the Epos Now Back Office screen click APPSTORE
2. Then click My Apps
3. Search or find the VoucherCart app from your list and then click Set Up
4. In the menu bar click Manage Team
5. Click Connect against the required team members
Team members successfully connected will display ‘Connected to VoucherCart’
