When selecting a voucher for a manual order, you might find that the voucher you are looking for is not visible when you select MANUAL ORDER in your dashboard.
The default list of vouchers you can issue manually displays vouchers that are available for sale and have voucher STATUS (visibility) set to PUBLIC.
Use “Advanced Search” to expand the available voucher selection and show ALL vouchers including those which are not currently publicly saleable or which have their status set to PRIVATE.
1. After selecting Manual Order from your dashboard Orders > Manual Order, click Advanced Search
2. Select from the additional search criteria options to find the required voucher. (Change each option to ANY to view a list of ALL vouchers)
