Vouchers that have been defined as PRIVATE can only be viewed by those who have been provided with the unique URL link to access them. Ie. A private voucher will not be listed on your sales page together with your public vouchers but can be posted to Facebook / Twitter or emailed to a specific audience.
You may choose to set the visibility status of a specific voucher or group of vouchers to private when you want to provide a voucher deal or offer only to a limited group of people or specific audiences such as your preferred member’s list or another group of people).
To set a voucher to private please log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions:
1. Select Vouchers > Vouchers from the main navigation
2. Find the voucher you want to edit and click Actions
3. Then select Edit
4. From here click Edit Voucher Details
5. Navigate to the Visibility section then select Private
6. Finally scroll down and click Save and Exit to finish
