Categorising your vouchers helps you to group relevant and related vouchers together, group vouchers specially curated for your customers to be used within your email/marketing campaigns and help your customers find the vouchers, gift cards, tickets or memberships they are interested in quickly and easily.
To assign vouchers to one or more voucher categories, log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions:
1. Select Vouchers > Vouchers from the main navigation
2. Find the voucher you want to edit and click Action
3. Then click Edit
4. Click Edit Voucher Details
5. Navigate to the Voucher Category section and add one or more categories to assign to your voucher either by using the search function or selecting from the drop-down list.
6. Once you have assigned the categories, click Save and Exit to finish
7. After you have added the voucher to the category, you will see it listed when the assigned category is selected.
Please Note! The category option is available from the dropdown menu only if at least one voucher has been assigned for it and this voucher is active, public, and on sale.
