On occasion, you may find that vouchers you have previously created are no longer visible in your list of vouchers. It's possible that they may have been deleted but they could also be set to Inactive.
To view the list of your Inactive vouchers please log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions:
1. Click Vouchers > Vouchers from your main navigation
2. Then click the Status filter box and change this to Inactive or All to view your Inactive vouchers or all your vouchers respectively
