How to sign up for VoucherCart
To create your own VoucherCart account, visit our sign-up page and register for an account: https://register.vouchercart.com
Already a VoucherCart customer? Sign in here: https://app.vouchercart.com/login
Connect ResDiary
1 - Navigate to the integrations page in the main navigation inside your VoucherCart Account Dashboard and click 'Connect' then 'Connect Integration'
2 - Sign in with your ResDiary account username and password and then click 'Save'
How the integration works
Once you have connected the integration that's it, we will handle the rest. Our integration automatically pushes gift voucher buyer data directly to ResDiary.
Please note: Due to GDPR regulations, if a buyer selects the "Give as a Gift" option when purchasing a gift voucher, the integration will not add the buyer’s or recipient’s information to ResDiary.
Only gift vouchers purchased by buyers for their personal use will be added to your ResDiary account.
When a buyer purchases a gift voucher, VoucherCart creates a customer profile in ResDiary using:
Buyer Name
Buyer Email
Buyer Phone Number
Information of the purchased gift voucher is added to the Customer Notes.
If the buyer has agreed to be contacted via Email for marketing purposes this will be pushed to the customer profile under 'Marketing Options'
Should the customer already exist in your ResDiary account, VoucherCart will simply update the existing profile with purchased voucher information.
Disconnect ResDiary
1 - Navigate to the integrations page in the main navigation inside your VoucherCart Account Dashboard and click 'Details' then 'Delete Integration'
