Log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions to process a physical card order for dispatch.
Navigate to Postal Delivery
2. Load the voucher order to the physical card.
2.1 Click Actions
2.2 Click Load
You will now see the "Load Card" modal window advising you to scan the QR code on the card or enter the card number.
2.3 Scan the QR code on the back of the physical card
2.4 If you cannot scan the QR code, click Can't Scan to enter the card number manually
If you enter the card number manually,
2.4a Enter card ID
2.4b Click Confirm and load
3. Load completed, you can close this modal window.
4. Pack the card and complete the process
4.1 Click Actions
4.2 Click Mark as packed and sent
