Redeeming a physical card presented to your business is simple and straightforward. Log in to your dashboard and follow these instructions:

1. Click Redeem a Voucher from the navigation menu

2. Then click Scan Card

3. You will now be prompted to scan the QR code on the reverse of the card using your connected QR-compatible scanner.

If you are unable to scan the card you can enter the code on the reverse of the card manually by clicking Enter Manually

4. Type the card ID in the field provided then click Search.

5. If the card you have scanned has not been activated you will be presented with the Card is not activated screen, where you can complete the card activation with the cardholder while they are present. Alternatively, you can advise them to activate their card online.

6. After successfully scanning the card (or entering the card number manually) you will be shown a list of any/all vouchers loaded to the card that can be redeemed.

7. Click Redeem on the voucher you wish to redeem.

8. Select your redeem location from the redeem location list.

9. Enter the monetary value or quantity to be redeemed (if a multi-redeem voucher).

10. To complete the redemption click Redeem.

11. When redeemed, you will be shown the redemption confirmation screen.

12. Click Print Receipt to print the redemption receipt if required.
